Title: Pets in the Park- Leashes Required
Description: As a reminder, the grass areas of the community are not a leash free area.
Dogs MUST be on a leash at ALL times and owners MUST carry dog poop bags at all times to clean up after their pet immediately. CVHCA does not have a dog clean up service. That is the responsibility of the dog owner to clean up.

There have been a number of complaints regarding dog feces left in the pickle ball and volleyball area and the fact that pet owners allow their dogs to run unleashed, despite the posted sign.

PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING SO THAT EVERYONE CAN ENJOY THE PARK AREA. THANK YOU

Title: CVHCA POOL OPENING
Description: Dear CVHCA Homeowner;

As of Friday, June 12th, the CDC and the County of Orange permitted community pools to start the process of re-opening. While we see pools opening around us, we cannot ignore the liability of opening the pool area without taking serious consideration to the guidelines required within this phase.

THE POOL IS OPENING ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 24TH
Due to costs, the pool will be open 8 hours a day from Wednesday-Sunday per the attached Emergency Pool Rules and Hold Harmless Agreement as recommended by legal counsel, and recommendations of the State, CDC, CDPH and OC Health Department.

The Board has been hard at work to prepare this plan for opening the pool area with restrictions and a pool monitor to keep a log of pool use and to log the acknowledgment of the attached waiver.
The waiver is to protect the community legally.

The barbecues, drinking fountain and clubhouse will remain closed at this time. Pool furniture has been reduced to allow 6 foot social distancing and the pool capacity has been reduced by 50%.
NO GUESTS may use the pool area

We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation in the implementation of these new rules. These rules may change as restrictions are lifted or added.

Sincerely,
Bonnie Atkinson on behalf of The Crown Valley Highlands Board of Directors
